President of UKE reopens proceedings on general exclusive frequency licences in the 1800 MHz band

The reopening of the proceedings was requested by T-Mobile Polska S.A.
In accordance with the administrative proceedings, a resolution reopening the proceedings constitutes a formal decision which opens the relevant proceedings aimed at examining whether there were grounds for reopening and revoking the general exclusive licence held by Aero 2 sp. z o.o.
The reopening of the proceedings does not affect the general exclusive frequency licence awarded to Aero 2 sp. z o.o. The licence in question remains valid and constitutes the basis for providing telecommunications services.
