EC consultation on the application of Article 18 of the DSA

The European Commission is conducting a targeted consultation on the application of Article 18 of the Digital Services Act (DSA), which requires hosting service providers to report serious threats to the life or safety of individuals to law enforcement authorities.
We invite hosting service providers, law enforcement authorities, courts, social and professional organizations, among others, to participate. We encourage you to complete the European Commission's survey and share your experiences and best practices—this will help ensure consistent application of the DSA across the EU.
