On December 18, 2020, the European Commission adopted a delegated act setting maximum rates for call termination on fixed (FTR) and mobile (MTR) networks. A delegated act is a regulation that is binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States of the European Union without the need for transposition into national law. Its provisions apply from July 1, 2021.
