Meeting within the framework of the Eastern Partnership
16 October 2025
As every year, the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) hosted representatives of partner institutions from Moldova and Armenia as part of the Eastern Partnership.
The main objective of this initiative is to support the modernisation of civil service systems in Eastern Partnership countries. Representatives of Polish authorities share their experiences and good practices in the field of human resource management. Guests take part in two-week study visits or internships, during which they:
- learn about Polish solutions in the areas of personnel policy, recruitment, remuneration, training, professional development and ethics in the civil service,
- work together with Polish officials in ministries and central offices, such as the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, the Central Statistical Office and the Office of Electronic Communications,
- exchange experiences and build a network of professional contacts.
Our guests also participated in numerous substantive meetings, including with representatives of the Consumer Policy Department, who presented the Office's activities in the field of information and education campaigns addressed to children and young people, adult consumers, senior citizens and people with disabilities. They also met with representatives of the Digital Services Department to discuss new European regulations on the functioning of online platforms. They also familiarised themselves with the work of the Office of the Director General, the Control Department and the Foreign Affairs Department.
