Number Portability Statistics for the First Quarter of 2026

In the first quarter of 2026, nearly 380,000 numbers were ported in mobile networks and over 71,000 in fixed-line networks, according to the latest number portability reports released by the President of UKE.

The reports present number porting statistics using the Location and Information Platform with Central Database (PLI CBD) system managed by the President of UKE.

In the first quarter of 2026, a total of 379,400 numbers were ported in mobile networks. This is nearly 73,000 fewer than in the fourth quarter of 2025, when 452,331 numbers were ported.

As a result of the number porting, Orange Polska gained 17,060 SIM card users, Polkomtel (operator of the Plus network) lost 31,998, T-Mobile ended the quarter with a gain of 395 SIM card users, and P4 (operator of the Play network, data excluding UPC Polska) lost 11,480 SIM card users.

In fixed-line networks, a total of 71,803 numbers were ported in the first quarter of 2026, which is over 9,000 fewer than in the previous quarter, when the figure stood at 81,069.
