Number portability statistics for the fourth quarter of 2025 and the whole of 2025

In the fourth quarter of 2025, over 450,000 numbers were ported in mobile networks and over 81,000 in fixed networks. In 2025 as a whole, the figures were almost 1.7 million and almost 260,000, respectively, according to the latest number portability reports released by the President of UKE.
The reports present statistics on number portability using the Location and Information Platform with Central Database (PLI CBD) system, managed by the President of UKE.
Data for the fourth quarter of 2025
In the fourth quarter of 2025, a total of 452,331 numbers were ported in mobile networks. This is almost 53,000 more than in the third quarter of 2025, when 399,338 numbers were ported.
As a result of number portability, Orange Polska gained 20,121 SIM card users, Polkomtel (operator of the Plus network) lost 65,779, T-Mobile ended the quarter losing 35,207 SIM card users, and P4 (operator of the Play network, data excluding former UPC Polska) gained 28,160 card users.
In fixed networks, a total of 81,069 numbers were ported in the fourth quarter of 2025, which is almost 21,000 numbers more than in the previous quarter, when the number was 60,170.

Throughout 2025, 1,691,303 numbers were ported in mobile networks. As a result of number portability, Orange Polska gained 27,205 SIM card users throughout the year, while Polkomtel (operator of the Plus network) lost 169,035. T-Mobile ended the year losing 69,441 SIM card users, and P4 (operator of the Play network, data excluding former UPC Polska) gained 71,538 card users.
A total of 259,932 numbers were ported in fixed networks in 2025.
