Report on the State of the Postal Market in 2025

What was the value of the Polish postal services market in 2025? How has the market structure changed and which services were most frequently used?

The value of the Polish postal services market in 2025 amounted to PLN 20.16 billion, representing an increase of PLN 1.32 billion compared to 2024 and an annual growth rate of 7.0%. This marked another year of growth in the value of the postal market.

The growth in market value was also accompanied by an increase of 0.11 billion items in the total volume of postal services provided, which amounted to 2.26 billion items in 2025, representing a 4.9% year-over-year increase.

In 2025, there were an average of over 60 postal services per capita in Poland, including over 37 courier items.

The most frequently provided postal service in 2025 were courier items, which totaled nearly 1.40 billion items (an increase of 14.3%). Letter mail ranked second in terms of volume, with 0.73 billion items (a decrease of 7.7%).

At the end of 2025, there were 67,060 self-service postal kiosks in operation in Poland. The number of these devices increased by 29.7% compared to 2024.
