Reporting obligation under Article 54 of the Electronic Communications Law (Pke)

The Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of October 12, 2010, on data concerning telecommunications infrastructure necessary for the preparation of communications systems for national defense purposes (Journal of Laws No. 196, item 1302) remains in force  until November 10, 2026. Pursuant to § 6 of this regulation, a telecommunications operator shall provide data on infrastructure within 30 days from the date of the request by the President of the Office of Electronic Communications. Telecommunications operators will submit infrastructure data for the first time under the conditions specified in Article 54 of the Pke by March 31, 2027, reflecting the status as at 31 December 2026.
