Statistics on number portability in the second quarter of 2025

Reports present statistics on number portability using the system managed by the President of UKE, the Location-Information Platform with the Central Database (PLI CBD).
In the second quarter of 2025, a total of 394,944 numbers were ported in mobile networks. This is nearly 50,000 fewer than in the first quarter of 2025, when 444,690 numbers were ported.
As a result of number portability, Orange Polska gained 650 SIM card users, Polkomtel (the Plus network operator) lost 35,237, T-Mobile ended the quarter losing 2,632 SIM card users, and P4 (the Play network operator, data without UPC Polska) gained 10,737 users.
In stationary networks in the second quarter of 2025, a total of 61,449 numbers were ported, which is more than 4,000 fewer than in the previous quarter, when this number was 57,244.
