The president of UKE signed the SMJI certificate

The Certified System allows for the verification and presentation to users utilizing stationary internet access services of the measured quality parameters of the tested service in the form of a generated Report from certified quality measurements of internet access service.

The Certified Internet Quality Monitoring System is made available and provided free of charge by the President of UKE through the UKE Electronic Services Platform for users benefiting from fixed internet access services in the territory of the Republic of Poland. Certification of the SMJI System means that the System serves as a certified monitoring mechanism as referred to in Article 4, paragraph 4 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2015/2120 of November 25, 2015, establishing measures regarding access to an open internet and amending Directive 2002/22/EC on universal service and users' rights related to electronic communication networks and services, as well as Regulation (EU) No 531/2012 on roaming in public mobile communications networks within the Union (Official Journal of the European Union L No 310, p. 1).
