Extension of Roaming Regulation to Ukraine

The President of the Office of Electronic Communications informs that a Decision has been published in the Official Journal of the European Commission regarding mutual recognition of the European Union and Ukraine in accordance with the principles of the internal market in relation to the roaming sector in public mobile communication networks.

At the same time, we inform you that a similar regulation is to be expected regarding Moldova. The decision cencerning Moldova will be published in the coming days. The decisions to include both countries in the RLAH (Roam Like At Home) zone will take effect from January 1, 2026.
