Number Portability Statistics for the Second Quarter of 2026

In the second quarter of 2026 over 360,000 numbers were ported in mobile networks and nearly 82,000 in fixed-line networks, according to the latest number portability reports released by the President of UKE.

The reports present number porting statistics using the Location and Information Platform with Central Database (PLI CBD) system managed by the President of UKE.

In the second quarter of 2026, a total of 361,107 numbers were ported in mobile networks. This is over 18,000 fewer than in the first quarter of 2026, when 379,400 numbers were ported.

As a result of the number porting, Orange Polska gained 19,834 SIM card users, Polkomtel (operator of the Plus network) lost 35,677, T-Mobile ended the quarter with a net loss of 984 SIM card users, and P4 (operator of the Play network, data excluding UPC Polska) lost 8,784 SIM card users.

In fixed-line networks, a total of 81,840 numbers were ported in the second quarter of 2026, which is over 10,000 fewer than in the previous quarter, when the figure stood at 71,803.
