Recommendation from the Government Plenipotentiary for Cybersecurity regarding Palo Alto’s PAN-OS System

The Plenipotentiary has recommended that entities of the national cybersecurity system monitor the announcements from Palo Alto Networks, the manufacturer of the PAN-OS system, and immediately apply the security update that addresses the CVE-2026-0300 vulnerability, as well as permanently restrict access to the User-ID Authentication panel to a limited set of IP addresses.
The vulnerability enables the remote execution of code.
