Standardization meeting on airport security

On February 5-6, 2026, a meeting with persons responsible for airport security was held at the Civil Aviation Authority headquarters. The topic of discussion was changes in EU regulations on civil aviation security.

The talks also touched upon issues related to training, in particular in the context of the independence of training institutions from security control operators, as well as issues related to the National Quality Control Program.

The meeting was led by experts from the Civil Aviation Authority dealing with civil aviation security and representatives of services responsible for state security. It was also attended by representatives of the Office of Electronic Communications, who discussed issues related to the potential impact of radio wave jamming devices on the operation of aviation communication and navigation systems.

The event provided an opportunity to discuss current challenges and actions taken in the area of civil aviation security.
