UKE participation in e-commerce shipment inspections conducted by KAS

Inspectors from the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) from the regional branches in Siemianowice Śląskie, Rzeszów, Lublin, and the headquarters in Warsaw participated in e-commerce shipments inspections conducted since 9 Decemberby the National Revenue Administration (KAS). KAS physical inspections covered 1,114 shipments worth up to 150 € imported from outside the European Union. The action at European level was coordinated by the European Commission in cooperation with the French customs administration. In Poland, it was coordinated by the Customs Department of the Ministry of Finance, the Market Surveillance Department of the Office of Electronic Communications, and the Market Surveillance Department of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
