Working Together to Ensure Sector Security

We encourage telecommunications operators to immediately report information about serious incidents involving DDoS attacks and their impact on the services they provide. This information can help to assess the scale of the threat, identify its impact on the sector, and coordinate actions within the remit of the relevant institutions.

Until a sector-specific CSIRT is established, serious incidents, including DDoS attacks, must be reported to the NASK CSIRT in accordance with the applicable regulations and the relevant reporting procedure. You can do this via the website incydent.cert.pl.

At the same time, business owners may contact UKE by sending an email to uksc@uke.gov.pl to provide information about the situation and receive support within the scope of the Office’s remit.
