Accessibility of products and services

From June 28, 2025, a law ensuring compliance with accessibility requirements for certain products and services by economic operators will come into force. It is referred to as the Polish Accessibility Act (PAA). These provisions implement the provisions of the European Accessibility Act (EAA) into the Polish legal system.

Combating financial fraud in telecommunications

The term “financial fraud” is commonly used to describe a range of offenses, it covers a wide range of violations of the law. Any theft, embezzlement of public funds, forgery, bribery, deliberate misrepresentation, collusion, or concealment of material facts are illegal acts committed for personal gain or to cause loss to another party.
