Przemysław Kuna - President

On September 26, 2025, he was elected by the Sejm as President of the Office of Electronic Communications.

Przemysław Kuna – expert, manager and civil servant. Graduate of the Lublin University of Technology and the Warsaw University of Technology. He completed his doctoral studies at the College of Management and Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics.

For over 20 years, he held managerial positions in the telecommunications sector, including at Exatel, Telekomunikacja Polska, MNI Telekom (CEO of the Datacom network), and Pro Futuro (technical director). In 2013, he became a member of the management board of TK Telekom responsible for operations. He became Chair of the E-Economy Committee at the National Chamber of Digital Economy. In November 2014, he became an expert in the ICT Department of the Ministry of the Interior and coordinated the technological aspects of the project to launch the State Register System, which was introduced in March 2015.

On July 6, 2015, he was appointed Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of the Interior for IT projects and the development of state registers. After leaving the Ministry in November 2016, he became Deputy Chair of the National Chamber of Digital Economy Council. In March 2024, he took up the positions of Deputy Director of NASK and Director of the Nationwide Education Network.
